Надійний зерновий екструдер потужністю 30кВт., призначений для переробки сої. На виході виходить готовий продукт у вигляді однієї або двох однорідних довгих паличок. Для зручності подальшого використання можна застосувати спеціальний подрібнювач. Використовується на фермерських господарствах та мініфермах.
Переваги екструдованого корму:
1. Кормовий екструдер у пресуючій камері подрібнює корм, а під впливом тиску в 40-60 атмосфер він нагрівається до температури 120-150С. При виході з фільєри, через різницю в тиску, в зернах відбувається гідроудар, в результаті чого зерна спінюються, збільшуючись в об'ємі більш ніж у 5 разів. В результаті виходить у 5 разів більше корми для господарства;
2. За рахунок надшвидкої термічної обробки крохмаль, який погано засвоюється тваринами, розщеплюється на прості вуглеводи та цукор, при цьому більша частина вітамінів і білків не встигають зруйнуватися, а висока температура дозволяє позбутися патогенної мікрофлори та грибка, які присутні навіть у висушеному зерні;
3. В екструдері корми проходять знезараження, що особливо корисно при вирощуванні молодняку, який чутливий до різного роду бактерій та інших шкідливих мікроорганізмів;
4. Можливість використовувати зіпсоване зерно, підпрілі і практично будь-якої якості;
5. Корм після екструдера має форму палички, приємний на смак та із задоволенням поїдається тваринами, не залишаючи відходів.
