Our 400 Ton/Hour Capacity Stationary Crushing and Screening Plant consists of 40 m³ vibrating feed bunker, wobbler feeder, CLK-110 jaw crusher, impact crusher, tunnel systems, stock and return belts, stock bunkers, control cabinet and automation system.
The products transferred to the feed bunker are separated from dirt and mud in the first stage of the double-stage wobbler feeder and bypassed by the bypass belt conveyor
In the second stage of the wobbler feeder, the products that are suitable for the jaw crusher are sent to the stock area with the transfer belt.
The jaw crusher, with a maximum feed of 800 mm, crushes the products and sends them to the fist vibrating screen. In the first vibrating screen, the products are separated in 0-40 mm, 40-90 mm sizes and sent to the stock area.
Products above 90 mm size are transferred to the secondary crushing and screening unıt. The products transferred to the tunnel system are sent to the 12-13 S impact crusher.
The products crushed in the impact crusher are separated in different sizes by vibrating screen and sent to the stock area.

The products stored in the stock area are transferred to the pan feeder by passing through the tunnel system according to the need.
The vibrating pan feeder transfers the products to the stock bunkers with the transfer belt conveyor All equipment of the crushing &screening plant is controlled from 3 different automation panels.
Notre installation fixe de concassage et de criblage d'une capacité de 400 tonnes/heure est composée d'une trémie d'alimentation vibrante de 40 m³, d'un alimentateur à disques (wobbler), d'un concasseur à mâchoires CLK-110, d'un concasseur à percussion, de systèmes de tunnels, de bandes de stockage et de retour, de trémies de stockage, d'une cabine de contrôle et d'un système d'automatisation.
Les produits transférés dans la trémie d'alimentation sont séparés de la saleté et de la boue au premier niveau de l'alimentateur à disques à deux niveaux, et sont déviés par une bande de contournement (la bande sterile).
Au deuxième niveau de l'alimentateur à disques, les produits de taille adaptée au concasseur à mâchoires sont envoyés vers la zone de stockage par une bande de transfert. Le concasseur à mâchoires, avec une capacité d'alimentation maximale de 800 mm, concasse les produits et les envoie vers le premier crible vibrant.
Dans le premier crible vibrant, les produits sont séparés en tailles de 0-40 mm et 40-90 mm et envoyés vers la zone de stockage. Les produits de taille supérieure à 90 mm sont transférés vers l'installation de concassage et de criblage secondaire. Les produits transférés dans le système de tunnels sont envoyés vers le concasseur à percussion 12-13 S. Les produits concassés dans le concasseur à percussion sont séparés en différentes tailles par un crible vibrant et envoyés vers la zone de stockage.
Les produits stockés dans la zone de stockage passent par le système de tunnels selon les besoins et sont transférés vers l'alimentateur à plateaux. L'alimentateur à plateaux vibrant transfère les produits vers les trémies de stockage par une bande de transfert.
Tous les équipements de l'installation sont contrôlés par trois panneaux d'automatisation différents.

Вибропитатель передает продукты в складские бункеры с помощью конвейерной ленты. Все оборудование завода управляется с 3-х различных панелей автоматизации.
