The 5-section trailed sprayer OPSh-24-21 ASU has an improved structure and highly protective powder polymer paint, which allows the use of this equipment in all climatic zones and for practically any protective chemical treatments of plants and soil, aggregated with class 1.4; 2 p.c. tractors


Technical characteristics of the sprayer
OPSh-24-21 ASU is equipped with wheels of optimal radius 9.5 R 42, which ensures less pressure on the soil, increased agrotechnical clearance, as well as smooth and unhindered movement of the sprayer. It is possible to continuously adjust the width of the track with the device itself in the range from 1.5 m to 2.1 m, according to the specified track of the tractor.
The two-hinged pendulum suspension system of the OPSh-24-21 ASU sprayer rod installation ensures full fixation of the 21 m long rod in a stably set position relative to the ground.
Hydro- and mechanical fixating locks are responsible for stabilizing the rod in a fully unfolded condition, and the mechanism of hydraulic unfolding-folding of the rod allows you to gently change the height of the rod installation from 0.5 m to 1.9 m even when moving. In addition, the cylinder-corrector, as well as the frame and the rod slider, made of a thick-walled pipe with a square section, guarantee the productive operation of the sprayer on slopes.

The tank of the OPSh-24-21 ASU 5-section sprayer with a volume of 2500 liters is made by “Lvivagromashproekt” company of a robust, high-tenacity polymer. The smooth inner surface of the tank minimizes possible deposition of applied chemicals on the walls of the tank.
The four-stage filtration system of the hydraulic fluid facilitates unhindered spraying and dispersion of a specific mixture.
The field on the chassis of the OPSh-24-21 ASU 5-section sprayer meets the basic requirements of safety equipment when servicing the tank neck.
A special mixer Polmac (Italy) with a volume of 35 liters is used to maintain a stable concentration of the fluid used.
To ensure maximum cleaning of the sprayer system from the used fluid, a washing system with an additional tank of 250 l is installed.

For the uninterrupted operation of hydraulic communications, the OPSh-24-21 ASU sprayer uses a diaphragm piston pump from the company Annovi Reverberi (Italy), which, thanks to the operating pressure of 185 l / min, allows spraying a predetermined volume of hydraulic fluid.
Spray diffusers from the leading companies Lechler and TeeJet, as well as collectors made of stainless steel diam. ½ and cutting devices are directly accountable for the quality of chemical spraying, the uniformity of application of the sprayed fluid on the surface of the soil or plants, and also for the economic efficiency of the protective manipulations carried out.

The computer system TeeJet 844 E guarantees the high-quality execution of the given technological process:
• allows you to carefully control the main spraying parameters,
• indicates accurate data on the processed area, the remaining fluid in the tank, the movement speed of the sprayer;
• provides cooperation with the Matrix PRO 570 GS navigation systems, as well as the Boom Pilot kit / which automatically regulates the disconnection of rod sections in case of hitting already processed areas.
Light signaling, a hose for self-refilling (4 m long) with a float filter, a lighting system provide additional comfort from using the OPSh-24-21 ASU sprayer from “Lvivagromashproekt”, regardless of the size of the treated area and the time of day when the work is carried out.
Additional options of the sprayer
